From the 2015 vintage, this brilliant albariño so vibrates with energy that the texture suggests a hint of effervescence. Its appeal is not in complexity. Rather, its simple honesty and focused delivery of mineral vigor really makes it irresistible. The fruit is pure, if quiet, but unobstructed by modest alcohol (12.5%). Reminds me of some of the better whites in Portugal. Reaffirming and worth seeking out.
